If you are looking for AIP Elimination Phase Compliant Salad Dressings this video is for you.
One of the ways I made AIP easier for me was to renovate recipes I already loved. My three favorite salad dressings were Ranch, Zesty Italian, and Maple Vinaigrette. Of course the original recipes had dairy and eggs and a variety of other things that don’t help me feel well. All of these have the seal of approval from non-AIPers. I hope you will like them as much as we do!
