Help me reach 2K subscribers. This is my first time preparing Chicken Parmesan. After frying the chicken cutlets, I placed Provolone cheese and marinara sauce over the chicken and baked the dish. After boiling the spaghetti, I allowed it to cool down in cold water. Once the chicken was done, I poured the prepared Creamy White Wine sauce on the spaghetti and placed the baked Parmesan Chicken on top. This was such a delicious and filling. Chicken Parmesan with Provolone Cheese over Spaghetti with a Creamy White Wine Sauce Recipe:
2lbs of Cutlets
1 23oz jar Marinara pasta sauce or make it from scratch
8oz Spaghetti
1-2 eggs
1-2c Italian style bread crumbs
Italian dressing for the chicken marinade
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2-1c Parmesan cheese
1-2tbsp Minced garlic
Sliced Smoked Provolone cheese or Mozzarella cheese
2-3tbsp Vegetable oil, depending on the amount of chicken and frying pan
1tbsp Unsalted butter
1c Heavy cream
1tsp Lemon juice
1c White cooking wine
Fresh parsley for garnish, optional
