Tarallini (or taralli, or tarallucci 😊) are savory biscuits traditionally made in Puglia, a region in the south of Italy. Usually served during “aperitivo“, they pair very well with a glass of wine, your favorite cocktail or a refreshing beverage. In this version I have used whole wheat flour and fennel seeds and they came out amazing 🤩.
