Italian Meringue Buttercream also known as IMBC.
This is my most favorite Buttercream of all. It has perfect sweetness, very light & creamyπ It is the most sturdy buttercream of all n pipes beautifullyπ
Ingredients
* Granulated sugar 225g
* Water 113ml
* Egg whites – 140g
* Unsalted butter (softened) – 340g
* Vanilla extract – 10ml
* Salt a pinch
Important Note/Tipsππ»
βΆοΈ If you are in United States, then this recipe requires granulated sugar & if you are in India, then it requires castor sugar.
βΆοΈAll equipments/bowls used must be grease-free. To make sure all my equipments are grease-free, I clean it up with vinegar/lemon as shown in my video.
βΆοΈ You can use salted butter in place of unsalted butter. Just minus the extra salt.
