1/2 cup blue bonnet margarine
4 ounces 70% Zoet Belgian chocolate
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup cocoa powder, dark chocolate formula
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon imitation vanilla
1/4 cup red wine – Castello Del Poggio Italian Sweet Red Wine, room temp

if you are vegan, you can substitute eggs with aquafaba from a can of garbanzo beans or any egg replacer you know of. 3tbs is about one egg. butter substitute would be an oil or vegan butter.
