**Gnocchi**
250gr boiled patate
25 gr corn starch
50 gr flour
1 egg yolk
3 gr salt
Basil
Pine nut
Oil
Pecorino
Salt
Pepper
Mash the potato into a container and mix it with the rest of the ingredients
Roll it and cut
For the pesto
Put the basil into a container and blend it with a bit of extra virgin oil, pine nut and make it smooth
At the end add pecorino salt and pepper
Cook the gnocchi in a boil water
Put the gnocchi in a pan
And put the pesto on it
Emulsify and if u need
Put a bit of cooking water
Plate it up
And finish with pecorino
