Italian Pesto
1 1/2 – 2 oz fresh basil leaves, approx 2 – 2 1/2 cups, packed
1/4 cup parsley
1 oz pine nuts, 1/4 cup
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 – 1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Alfredo Sauce
1 cup heavy whipping cream
*6 oz freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Note: *I know I say grated Parmesan cheese is best in my video, I really meant freshly shredded Parmesan cheese. The shredded Parmesan cheese melts differently than the grated one thatās found on the shelf at the store. You can use it, but your sauce will always be a little bit grainy.
