I’m back after a long summer break! I really missed you and I’m happy to be back, hopefully publishing regularly new videos.
Today I’m eating a typical Italian food from FLORENCE: SCHIACCIATA con UVA (which means GRAPES.) 🍇🍇🍇
This is a sweet focaccia stuffed with MOSCATO GRAPES (or strawberry grapes) and it’s cooked only in September!
This “cake” travelled with me for hours from FIRENZE to my city, in the south of Italy.
If you’ll ever go to Florence between the end of summer and the beginning of autumn, make sure to try it! It’s AMAZING! (Eating starts at 2:07)
