INGREDIENTS:
 • 500g / 4 cups flour (all purpose)
 • 60ml / 2oz olive oil
 • 1 tsp  soda
 • 140ml / 4.7oz warm water
 • 100ml / 3.4oz warm milk
 • 1 tsp salt
 
 •tomato sauce
 •mozzarella cheese
 
PREPARATION:

 Mix all ingredients for the dough.  Knead.  Let stand for 30 minutes.  Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
 Divide the dough into portions and form into balls.  Roll out a disc about 20 cm in diameter.
 Lay out the filling and form the crescione.  Fry in a preheated pan.
