Ingredients you will need
Besciamella (Bechamel) Sauce:
4 cups milk
6 Tablespoons butter
½ cup flour (Reg or GF)
Ground nutmeg
Salt

Pasta Mix:
3 cups of pasta, uncooked (Penne or Macaroni)
5 Tablespoon butter
Baby Bella or Porcini Mushrooms, chopped
Splash of white wine
½ cup Mozzarella, cubed or shredded
¾ cup fontina cheese, chopped
¾ cup cooked ham, chopped
3 basil leaves
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Baking Dish: 9 1/2″ x 7″ Oval or similar size
