Enjoy this light and healthy version of our traditional Italian stuffed zucchini! This recipe is very simple and quick compared to the traditional one (usually made with ground beef and in different steps) but so tasteful. STUFFED ZUCCHINI:
– 4 Medium Zucchine
– 6 oz Plant Based Ground (or Turkey Ground, Ground Beef…)
– 4 tsp Ricotta Cheese
– 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
– 3 tsp White Wine
– 3 tsb Egg Whites
– 1 tsp Oregano
– Olive Oil
– Salt and Pepper to taste
