1.14. ITALIAN STYLE CRISPY CHICKEN FINGER CHIPS

INGREDIENTS:
1. Bone-less chicken filet 300 gms cut into rod shaped or FINGER shaped
2. OREGANO – 1tsp
3. PIZZA HERB & SPICES – 1tsp
4. Salt 1 tsp
5. 150 ml refined oil
6. Whole green chilli – 2 pieces
7. Chopped ginger 50 gms/ 2 tbs
8. 10-12 whole pieces of garlic
9. Whole black pepper- 2 tsp
10. 2 eggs batter(batter-2)/ 2eggs
11. Vinegar – 4tbs
12. Bread crumb -300 gms
Process:
Steps- (1) Take a small mixture-grinder jar and pour whole black pepper, pieces of ginger, 10-12 garlic cloves, 2 green chilli, salt 1tsp , 4tbs vinegar, and grind it well in mixture grinder machine for 1 minute in high speed after that add 1 tsp of dry OREGANO leaves – 1tsp along with PIZZA HERB & SPICES – 1tsp and make perfect batter(1) for marinating for marinating rod/ FINGER shaped chicken pieces
(2) Prepare chicken FINGER from bone less chicken and marinate the marinate the FINGER shaped chicken with afore said batter (1) for 1 hour in normal temperature (or overnight in refrigerator)
(3) After marinating these marinate the FINGER shaped chicken, pour one by one piece of FINGER shaped chicken in egg batter followed by bread crumb and coat it and press it properly & proportionately; and collect all the coated [ with bread crumb & egg-batter(2)] chicken filets and store in deep-fridge for 15-20 minutes before frying
(4) In hot oil in low to medium flame of gas oven on the frying-pan release one by one coated filet and roll it, stair it and fry it well proportionately for 2 minutes or till it become light brown
(5) Now your “.ITALIAN STYLE CRISPY CHICKEN FINGAR CHIPS” is ready to serve hot with mayonnaise sauce
