Today I’m showing you how to make one of my favorite frostings: Italian Meringue buttercream! So soft and smooth and not overly sweet, this just may become your favorite too!

Italian Merengue Buttercream Recipe:
1 1/2 C + 2 TBS. Granulated Sugar (1 3/4 if you like it sweeter)
1/2 C Water
1 C Egg Whites with NO YOLK
1 C Salted Butter
1 C Unsalted Butter
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
