An another very tasty recipe, from my favorite cooking magazine “Lust auf Genuss”. I did that recipe already four times, so trust me, this one is very tasty. I did that one once live here on youtube with a friend from Frankfurt. So this is the short form.
It’s a lovely Italian recipe, I love the herbal note from the fennel in the sausage, the winearomes and the crispness from the radicchio. An orchestration! Try and enjoy!

Ingredients:

500-600 g Salsicce
1 tbsp of Olive-Oil
3 Shallots
1 clove of Garlic
1 Bay-Leaf
100 ml Port-Wine
300 ml Dry red Wine
250 ml Chicken Broth
Salt
400-500 g Pappardelle
1 Raddichio
50 g Parmesan
about 3 tbsp of Butter
