Italian Pull Apart Muffins -15 minutes
These muffins look impressive and could be served at any fine Italian restaurant.
Ingredients
1(7.5-ounce) can home-style biscuits
½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon melted light butter
1 tablespoon 100% grated parmesan cheese
Instructions for entrée:
• Place oven rack in middle of oven and pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
• Spray 5 cups of a muffin tin with olive oil cooking spray, set aside.
• Cut into quarters 1(7.5-ounce) can home-style biscuits.
• Separate the quartered biscuits and place in a medium size bowl. Add to biscuits ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon garlic salt and 1 tablespoon melted light butter. Mix together with hands.
• Sprinkle evenly over muffin tops 1 tablespoon 100% grated parmesan cheese.
• Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Helpful Hints:
To make cutting the biscuits into quarters easier, stack the flat sides of biscuits together and cut into quarters. Then separate the biscuits into bowl.
