Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, static heat above and below.

Spread the almonds on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and toast them for about 10 minutes.

As soon as they are lukewarm, roughly chop them.

Then put a few dried figs at a time in a mixer and finely chop them.

Transfer them gradually into a bowl, then add the chopped almonds, the finely chopped candied orange and the dates previously cut into very small cubes, the chopped chocolate flakes, the pistachios, the brandy, the vanilla, the spices and a pinch of salt.

Mix everything well by kneading carefully.

Spread a sheet of parchment paper (or wax paper) on the work surface.

Transfer the dough, roll well and form a nice salami.

Close with kitchen thread.

You can store the fig for several days in the refrigerator.
