Ingredients
• 1/2 cup of heavy cream
• 1 medium yellow onion (finely chopped)
• Black pepper
• 2 shot bottles of plain vodka
• Red pepper flakes
• Salt
• 28 ounce can of San Marzano whole tomatoes
• Tomato paste
• Italian seasoning
• 3-4 cloves of minced garlic
• Freshly grated Parmesan
• 4-6 ounces of pancetta
