Vinaigrette
~ 1/4 c. chopped fresh herbs (I used thyme, sweet basil, oregano and flat leaf parsley)
1/4 c. vinegar (I used white wine vinegar)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. canola oil and 1/2 c. olive oil OR 1 c. total of the oil of your choice
Creamy Dressing/Dip
~ 1/4 c. chopped fresh herbs (I used parsley, dill, garlic chives and common chives)
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
Salt & pepper to taste
Milk or buttermilk to thin
