Panna cotta (Italian for “cooked cream”) is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded. The cream may be aromatized with coffee, vanilla, or other flavorings. It’s the season of avocados here and I have bought a lot of avocados, it’s getting too ripe so I thought I will make an Italian avocado panna cotta. I bring the milk and cream to near boiling, then add the gelatin powder that was mixed with hot water. Lastly add in the avocado purée. Then pour into a mould or to individual cups if you prefer. When cooled to chill in the refrigerator for one day. To unmould, steep mould into hot water for a few minutes and it will come out easily. To serve with more avocados or other fruits of your choice.

INGREDIENTS for the Recipe
2 avocados )
150 ml water ) to be blended in blender
21/2 tbsp gelatin powder )
100 ml hot water ) mix together
400g fresh milk
200g cream
