This is an ALL-IN-ONE dish that is very easy to make and amazingly delicious! Serve perfectly with your favorite red wine.

RECIPE
Olive Oil (for drizzling and sautéing) your call.
4 Large Bell Peppers – different color gives the aesthetics
1 cup Onion, chopped
4 or more cloves garlic, chopped/minced
½ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
¼ cup Fresh Basil, chopped or dried if you don’t have fresh basil
1 cup tomato puree to mix
1 lb Ground Beef (I had left over so you can use more peppers)
1 1/2 C half cooked rice, I use jasmine rice
1C Romano Parmesan cheese
8 oz. 100% whole milk Mozzarella but I used 6 blend cheese
12-16 oz. Tomato Puree, in baking dish
1 tsp dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
