Italian Stuffed Shell Ingredients
-1 large box of jumbo open shells (cooked al dente)
-1 block of fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
Fish Mixture for the shells
-2 lbs tilapia (or any fish you would like) cut into bite sizes
-3 cloves chopped garlic
-1 tsp lemon juice
-1/2 Tbsp based seasoning (or any seasoning of your choosing)
– 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
-1/8 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp creole seasoning
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/4 tsp olive oil
Ground Pork Mixture for the shells
-2 lbs ground pork (or ground turkey/ground chicken)
-1/2 cup of yellow, orange, green, and red bell peppers (minced)
– 4 cloves chopped garlic
-1 cup portobello mushrooms chopped fine
-1 cup red onions chopped fine
-1/2 cup green onions chopped fine
-1 tsp oregano dried leaves
Homemade marinara sauce
-4 whole tomatoes
-1/2 cup fresh parsley
-1/2 tsp fennel seed
-1/2 cup chopped onions
-1 cup whole baby carrots
-dark wine (start with 1/2 cup…add more if needed)
-6 cloves of crushed garlic
-1 thyme sprig
-1 tsp kosher salt
-tomato broth (consists of 1 tbsp tomato bouillon and 2 cups of hot water)
-tarragon and basil
-8 oz can hunts tomato sauce with garlic roast
-8 oz can crushed tomatoes
-8 oz can roasted garlic
Greek Salad Ingredients
-handful of power greens
-goat cheese
-almonds
-drizzle of honey
-drizzle of raspberry vinaigrette
-splash of apple cider vinegar
Pear Dumpling Ingredients
-Pear saute mixture consists of:
*1 to 2 whole pears (cored and chopped fine)
*4 Tbsp white sugar
*4 Tbsp brown sugar
*add cinnamon until you get the desired taste you want
**WHEN YOU SAUTE THE PEAR IN THE PAN, DO NOT ADD WATER!**
-vegan pot sticker shells
-bowl of water to close the shells
