🍝 PASTA DOUGH RECIPE 🍝
INGREDIENTS
200g high gluten flour (Typically ‘OO’)
2ea whole egg
2ea egg yolk
10g salt
Apply this ratio for each person you’re feeding.
RECIPE
Mix the flour and salt to evenly disperse our flour. Make a well in the center of the flour for the egg mix. Working from the inside out slowly incorporate the flour into the egg mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, and springs back to the touch. Rest for 30 minutes before roling out into whatever shape your heart (and stomach!) desires!
