Arthur Avenue in the Bronx is coming back! On June 22, 2020, New York City allowed restaurants to open for outdoor dining as part of the reopening plan after the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic hit the city hard. This is a video showing the first day of operations of dining outdoors in the Bronx/Little Italy/Belmont neighborhood.
