Second recipe vid! :3 Today, I’m teaching you how to make spaghetti all’ubriaco, which is Italian for “drunken spaghetti”. (Written recipe below!)

Ingredients
2 bottles red wine
8 oz dried spaghetti
1 tablespoon crushed garlic OR garlic paste
2 teaspoons fresh flat-leaf parsley (or 1 tablespoon curled-leaf)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
crushed red pepper (to taste)
Parmesan cheese (to garnish)
Instructions
Set aside one cup of red wine, and pour the rest of the wine in both bottles into your pot. Bring the wine to a boil, and let it boil for a minute or two.
Add in the dried spaghetti, and boil it for 9 to 10 minutes. Strain the pasta afterwards, and set it aside for now.
Heat up 2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and parsley to the pan and fry it in the oil for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the cup of red wine you set aside earlier. After about one minute, add the spaghetti to the pan, along with the salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Stir everything together, and cook the pasta for about 5 more minutes, or until the liquid is almost completely absorbed (stirring occasionally).
Afterwards, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the pasta to a plate or dish. Garnish it with some freshly-grated Parmesan cheese and a few parsley leaves, as well as a light drizzle of olive oil if you so desire.
