Warning Pinoys: there’s no cream in this recipe. An Italian colleague prepared this dish for me and my officemates during the Christmas of 2018. I was surprised at first but i never looked back. I asked for the recipe and failed at cooking it a few times before I actually did it the right way: Italian-style with lots of hand gestures. It’s unbelievably easy and I urge all of you to try it.
