My style of classic carbonara while staying close to its authentic recipe

I only used blackpepper during garnishing since my family is sensitive to peppers in general. Mix blackpepper to pasta while sauteeing and exclude garlic for a more authentic classic carbonara.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti (or any type of pasta)
Beef bacon (or smoked cured meat variety eg; smoked lamb leg)
3 nos eggs (additional yolk if prefer richer sauce)
50g parmesan cheese
3 clove garlic
Olive oil
Blackpepper (fresh cracked if possible)
Seasonings

Garnishes:
Parsley
Olive oil
Remaining parmesan cheese
Blackpepper
