A comforting dish of pillowy soft gnocchi bathed in a creamy, cheese sauce flavored with mixed herbs.

Ingredients for sauce:
Butter
Garlic
Refined Flour
Salt
Mixed herbs
Milk
Grated cheese

Ingredients for gnocchi :

Boiled and mashed potatoes
Refined Flour
Egg
Butter
Salt
Mixed Herbs
Black Pepper

We have used :
Capsicum, Onion, Tomatoes for this dish. ( You can use your favourite vegetables)

Procedure :

For Creamy cheese sauce :-

To a pan add butter and oil to it add chopped garlic, refined flour milk, salt, mixed herbs, milk and cheese. Mix it well so that there are no lumps formed.

For Gnoochi :
Grated the boiled potatoes,
Add whole egg, salt, mixed herbs, butter, refined flour and knead it to a soft dough.
Shape it cylindrical and cut it into small pieces. With the help of fork shape it as shown in the video.
Boil the shaped gnocchi for 10 min.
Once it cooks the gnocchi will float on the water.

Meanwhile lets sautee the veggies in butter.
In a pan add butter, Onion, Capsicum, cooked gnocchi and tomatoes,
Give it a nice mix and add seasoning to the pasta.
Once it is done add creamy cheese sauce to the pasta and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Your delicious gnocchi is ready!!!
