Employee Hygiene & Safety:

On arrival of staff and guests check their temperature with infrared guns. Restaurant owners instruct sick staff to stay home and consult with the local health department for additional guidance.

Before making or eating food, wash your hands with soap for 20 seconds for food safety. Ask the chef and server to use hand gloves as safety measures.

Use a mask or face coverings that would be worn by all staff that interacts with the public.
