Ciao everybody! In this video I’ll show you how to make one of the most traditional Italian sauces: SALSA BOLOGNESE. Salsa Bolognese can be used for Pasta al Forno, Lasagne or for a simple tomato sauce pasta. Although you can use pretty much every meat to prepare salsa bolognese, in this recipe I used a combination of Turkey and Beef which makes the sauce lighter and less caloric. This is the recipe for Italian Bolognese Sauce or Salsa Bolognese.

Ingredients:
3 L Tomato Sauce (you can use just 3 bottle of tomato sauce)
50gr (1/2 cup) Celery
50gr (1/2 cup) Carrot
50gr (1/2 cup) Onion
250gr (1/2 pound) Ground Turkey or Ground Pork
450gr (1 pound) Ground Beef
250ml White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive oil
