Hello food lovers,
Welcome to my channel and today we are going to make an Italian dish without using oven, and that is, VEGETABLE LASAGNA. Usually the lasagna is made in the oven but in this recipe we are not going to use an oven. This is a layered dish and the layers can start from 2 layers and can go upto 3 or 4 layers. In this recipe everything is homemade. Its a very wholesome dish. This recipe is made in different steps, starting from making the lasagna sheets to sauces to preparation of lasagna.

For this recipe you will be requiring the following the ingredients-
1. For making lasagna sheets
(a) Maida ( 150gm for 3 sheets)
(b) Cooking oil (2 tbsp)
(c) Salt (1/4th tbsp)
(d) Water
Turn the sheets after 15-20 mins while drying.
2. For red chilli sauce
(a) Tomato puree (made from medium sized 4-5 tomatoes)
(b) Chilli flakes (1/2 tbsp)
(c) Salt (1/2 tbsp)
(d) Butter (1 tbsp)
(e) Garlic (fine chopped – 1tbsp)
(f) Oregano (1/2 tbsp) (optional)
3. For white sauce
(a) Maida (2 tbsp)
(b) Butter (1 tbsp)
(c) Milk (1 cup)
(d) Black pepper powder (for flavour as per choice)
(e) For flavour onion + bay leaf + cloves
4. For toppings
(a) Fine chopped 1 medium sized onion
(b) Fine chopped garlic (1 tbsp)
(c) Fine chopped beans
(d) Fine chopped carrots
(e) Fine chopped capsicum and bell peppers
(f) Boiled sweet corn
(g) Tulsi leaves
(h) Mozarella cheese
You can use vegetables such as spinach, mushroom, broccoli as per your choice.
