I had an amazing behind the scenes adventure at Alitalia’s Customer Excellence Academy in Rome. It’s where they train ground staff and cabin crew about all aspects of amazing customer service.
Alitalia treats its customers as guests, like they’re dining at a fine restaurant.Here’s a look at my time in the tasting room, sampling dishes from Italy’s Marches region which were featured on an upcoming in-flight menu. The inflight menu changes every few months and features specialty dishes from different Italian regions. The wine list also focuses on wines from different regions of Italy.
