WHITE SAUCE PASTA

Ingredients:
–Salted Butter – 2 tbsp
–Refined Flour ( Maida) – 2 tbsp
— Refrigerated/cold Milk – 150 to 200 ml
–Homemade Cream Cheese – 125 gms
–Cooked Pasta – 250 gms
–Salt – To taste
–Crushed black pepper – To taste
— Nutmeg powder – 1/4 tsp
–Basil – 3 leaves
–Dry Oregano – 1/4 Tsp

Instructions:
To cook Pasta:
— Bring water to boil and add 2 tsp salt to it. Put in the pasta and let it cook for 3 – 5 minutes.
— Strain the water and immediately run it through cold water to stop it further cooking.

Recipe:
–On a pan, put 2 tbsp of salted butter and use it to lubricate the pan.
–Wait till the butter melts completely and then add 2 tbsp of refined flour/maida. Stir it well and avoid possible lumps.
–Fry it till it becomes golden brown. Under low flame.
–After turning it into golden brown, start adding 150 ml of cold milk on the pan while continuously stirring it.
–Add 125 gms of Homemade cheese cream. You can use mozzarella or cheddar cheese if you want.
–If you find the sauce to be too thick, add milk till you achieve your desired consistency.
–Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Mix well enough to coat every piece with sauce.
— Now, add salt and crushed black peppercorns to taste.
–Add 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder, 3 sliced basil leaves, and 1/4 tsp oregano.
— Serve it while hot. ENJOY.
