How I stay SO FIT – all your questions answered – One day in my healthy NATURIST lifestyle, includes my meals, snacks, yoga and hard exercise.. Bear in mind that my diet can varry from day to day, especially the Salads – I’ve learned to combine just crazy ingredients and flavours to make them more appealing.. I have to say that I always look forward to all my meals, so if you guys want me to make a Salad video please let me know.
