A 5 day hiking trip to the beautiful Valle de Aosta, between Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso national park and Monte Rosa. Aosta Valley offers a great history with Aosta as the capital and it’s well deserved roman sites. We explored the Walser culture in the higher valleys that immigrated here from Germany and Switzerland in the 12th and 13th century. Great local food and wine should not be missed on a hiking trip to the Aosta Valley as well as hot springs and a visit of the new cable car to the south side of Mont Blanc, the skyway.
