70 grams Bacon (cubed or thinly sliced)
2 Egg yolks
50 ml. Cream
20 grams Parmesan Cheese or Parmigiano-Reggiano (grated)
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Black Pepper
For Cooking the Pasta
1 tbsp. Salt
2 L. Water
260 grams Pasta (Fettuccine or Spaghetti)
