You can also look for McDonalds and Burger King, not far from these places but they are not cheaper, strangely, than better quality places.

Best one for me is

Haruka Sushi (all you can eat option available? so little cheaper):

Very nice Brazilian-Japanese fusion sushi restaurant
There are many all you can eat sushi places also but as they are cheap 10/15 euros, the fish can’t be very high quality.
Let me know if you found some good quality sushi places that are all you can eat in Navigli area. I know some quite good ones, but other side of Milano.
For sure you should also try famous big brunches like late breakfasts here in Milan, i will to special video about this probably when I find good places to do it.
