This is one of my meatballs recipe variation, without eggs in the mixture, stuffed with a cube of cheese and without tomato sauce, very important tip: use a no-sticking pan.
They’ll taste delicious and super tender.

Ingredients list: (for 5/6 persons)
about 16 meatballs

500g (1,1lb) (17,6lb) ground beef
200g (7oz) (1 1/3 cup) minced cooked ham
100g (3,5oz) (1 cup) grated parmigiano
100g (3,5oz) (1 1/8 cups) breadcrumbs
130g (4,5oz) provolone cheese (or your favourite one)
250ml milk
A bit of garlic powder
40g (3tbsp) (1/8 cup) butter
1 little glass (60ml) cognac, brandy or whiskey
A sprig of rosemary
Salt
