This easy salad recipe consists of healthy ingredients, a fast throw together Italian dressing, minimal cooking, one-pot, and is vegan!
Ingredients:
โข 220g pasta (butterflies)
โข 200g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
โข ยฝ chopped red bell pepper
โข 1 small zucchini (200g), sliced โโin “semicircles” or quarters
โข 200g canned corn
โข 1 onion chopped on half rings
โข salt, pepper – to taste
โข a small bunch of fresh chopped parsley
Sauce:
โข 50 ml olive oil
โข 1 tbsp. spoon of red wine vinegar
โข 1 clove garlic
โข 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Cooking Steps
1. Boil Water and pasta
2. Chop the onion in half rings and transfer to a salad bowl
3. Chop the greens and transfer to that bowls
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
5. Move the tomatoes to the salad bowl
6. Chop the paprika and move them to the bowl
7. Add canned corn to salad
8. Cut zucchini and move them to the salad bowl
9. In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil, balsamic, a mixture of favorite herbs, pass garlic through a press and mix well
10. Add the boiled pasta to the salad
11. Then, add salt and pepper with those
12. Add dressing and mix well
