2 Cans of Tuna Drained)
2 stalks of Scallion (chopped)
A ¼ of Red Bell Pepper (Finely chopped)
A ¼ of Green Bell Pepper (Finely chopped)
1 small Onion (Finely chopped)
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp fresh Thyme Leaves
1 Small Tomato (Finely chopped)
3 Cloves of Garlic (Finely chopped)
½ cup diced carrot
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
¼ Tsp Chillie Flakes/Power (choice)
