To make spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino

1) Boil water in a big pot. add salt & stir.
2) Add spaghetti to the boiling water. Cook it stirring occasionally.
3) Heat a pan and add olive oil & garlic over medium heat.
4) Saute the garlic.
5) Keep the heat on low, add red pepper flakes & cook for a minute.
6) Add 1/2 cup of cooking pasta water to it. Let it simmer.
7) Cook the spaghetti until it is al dente.
8) Drain the spaghetti & immediately add it to the pan. Stir until combined.
9) Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top & toss. Remove from heat.
10) Immediately serve it.
