Here are the ingredients needed for my Saffron Ziti & Mussels:
Sauce:
olive oil
10oz. dried penne
2 tablespoons butter
½ tablespoon garlic, minced
½ cup diced whit onion
2 cups grated zucchini
salt and freshly ground pepper
Mussels:
olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
12-15 fresh mussels, cleaned
1 cup fish stock or clam juice
pinch of saffron
2 tablespoons butter
