Zippy, complex, spicy and refreshing! This is a great drop – it’s made from Italian varieties Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Barbera, plus a little drop of Syrah. It spends a good amount of time in old oak barrels, to help flesh out the texture. It’s a very savoury, yet refreshing style. Really good drinking.
