A new recipe ! 🙂 This time, and for the first time, I introduce to you an Italian recipe, that of panna cotta, it is, so to speak, my favorite dessert! A very simple and ideal recipe to initiate or introduce your children to (good) cooking!

► Ingredients FOR PANNA COTTA :
– 60 cl of light cream
– 1 g of agar-agar
– 2 vanilla pods

► The recipe FOR PANNA COTTA :

– Put a saucepan over low heat.
– Pour the 60 cl of light cream.
– Stir the cream until the cream heats up and starts to rise with the heat.
– When the cream starts to make small bubbles, carefully cut the two vanilla pods lengthwise and scrape the inside to extract the core.
– Mix the vanilla extract and the cream well with a whisk.
– Pour 1 g of agar-agar powder.
– Mix it well again, then let it cook.
– When the heat has raised the cream again, turn off the stove.
– Pour the cream, taking care to filter the cream, in verrines.
– Put your verrines in a refrigerator 12 hours minimum.
– You can eat it plain or preferably with a little red fruit jam! Enjoy 🙂
