Hvar Wine Tour continued in elegant hotel and restaurant Le Clarisse. This castle was build in the 16th century with a view at Tyrrhenian Sea. This successful tour was organized by president of Hvar Wine Association, Ivana Krstuloviฤ Cariฤ and Cultural Attache in Rome Ines ล prem. The event was organized in partnership with the Italian Sommelierโs Foundation.

That evening wine maker from Hvar Ivo Cariฤ was the Chef in the restaurant kitchen. Besides Calabrese food Ivo was preparing Dalmatian dishes that taste great with wine. Like anchovies with cabbage, code fish in white sauce, black risotto and Dalmatian sweets…
