Hi everyone ! Welcome back to another Meals for Maximum Weight Loss Video! I outline what a day of eating looks like while following “Dr John Mcdougals Program for Maximum weight loss.” This is a Plant based/vegan meal plan and its how I was able to lose 66lbs and not count a single calorie!

Garden vegetable soup:
1 onion diced
1-2 cups carrots chopped
1-2 cups zucchini chopped
1 cup corn
8 oz mushrooms
2- 15 oz can white beans drained and rinsed
1 jar oil free marinara sauce
brow rice cooked to serve it over
vegetable boullion to taste
add basil for an Italian soup or add lime and cilantro for a tortilla soup and serve with baked tostadas. serve over brown rice

Kikis version of harshdeeps curry potatoes:
5 roma tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 medium onion
1 tsp grated ginger
pinch of cumin seeds
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp rani chana masala mix
1/4 tsp mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
salt to tastes
3-4 steamed potatoes chopped
Blend the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and ginger until smooth. heat up a pan to medium high heat and add the cumin a toast for 1 minute then add the tomatoes mixture. add all the seasonings and allow tomato mixture to cook down. then add chopped cooked potatoes and mix well. Season with salt if using and top with chopped cilantro.
Eggplant Curry:
2 chopped tomatoes
1 small thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger
1tsp garam masala
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
pinch of cumin
1 medium sized egg plant chopped and steamed
2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach
1/4- 1/2 cup plant milk, I use soy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
salt to taste
cilantro to garnish
heat up pan to medium high heat and toast cumin seeds. then add tomatoes, onions, ginger, and garlic to pan and add a little water if necessary. add all the spices and allow to cook down fo 5 minutes, add steamed eggplant and spinach, then add the milk and maple syrup and salt to taste. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
Chocolate Nice Cream:
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Splash of plant milk, I use soy milk
blend in high speed blender
