INGREDIENTS :-
Beef 1/2 kg
Onions 1 large size
Garlic & Gingar 2tps
Tomatos 2 Medium size
Tumreic Powder 1/2
Salt 1tps
red chili powder 1 Tsp
water 1-1/2 glasses (in pressure cooker first cook on high flame and then cook 20 minutes on medium flame till meat gets soft or tenders, if water is not enough add 1 glass more water and cook till meat cooks well )
oil 1/4 cup (If meet doesn’t have enough fats)
green chilies chopped 2
coriander powder 1tsp
garam masala powder 1tsp
water for gravy 1 cup or as required
