How To Make Easy Yummy Creamy Chocolate – Vanilla Panna Cotta | Italian Dessert | Chocolate – Vanilla Pudding

Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded. The main ingredients are cream, sugar, gelatin. Today we made chocolate – Vanilla Panna Cotta. You can also Agar – Agar instead of gelatin. It’s a rich dessert and it can be made at home with simple ingredients. Enjoy cooking with my yummy recipes at home. Happy Cooking! You can make this in either way. 1) Stovetop or 2) Instantpot
We just need heat to dissolve the sugar in milk and heavy cream. Add gelatin only to the lukewarm milk. Don’t add the gelatin to the hot milk, It won’t set properly.

Milk – 1 Cup / 240 ml
Heavy cream – 1 Cup / 240 ml

Water – 30 ml
Instructions:
Chocolate Layer:
1. Stovetop: In a pot add milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat it up till the sugar dissolves, stir it continuously.
2. Instant Pot: Select Sauté mode. No need to wait for the display to change hot you can add milk, cream, and sugar after 3 minutes. Just heat them till the sugar gets dissolved.
3. Mix the water and gelatin. Set it aside for 15 minutes. You can use agar-agar instead of gelatin.
4. Once the milk is lukewarm temperature, add in gelatin and vanilla essence and mix it thoroughly.
5. Add Chocolate and whisk it continuously. I have used a dark chocolate bar you can use the chocolate chip as well. If you are using a bar, shred it before using it. So, that it melts faster and easier.
6. Strain it and set it in a dessert cup or in a glass. You can tilt a lit bit to get that style.
7. Refrigerate it for 3 hours.
