Roberto Prandi is an Enologist based in Treiso, one of the Barbaresco DOCG’s villages in Piedmont, Italy.
Roberto is the second “HUMAN” of Wine that we interviewed for this project. Watch to learn about the changes happening from the point of view of an Enologist whose work takes place in the winery but also in the vineyards where the nature didn’t stop and “…the vines keep following their vegetative cycle”.
