In this week’s video Tom makes his 3-Ingredient, authentic, Italian tomato sauce.
**Quick disclaimer: Out of a whole case of tomatoes, we ended up with about 4 small jars of sauce. If we had used tomatoes that were more ripe, we would have ended up with much more!**

Ingedients:
– 1 case of Roma Tomatoes (We got 20lbs for $20 at our local produce market!)
– Kosher Salt to taste
– Fresh Basil to taste

What You’ll Need:
-2-3 Bowls / Buckets (for catching and separating liquids and solids)
-Large Stock Pot
-Medium Sauce Pan
– Fine Mesh Strainer
– Colander / Pasta Strainer
– Wooden Spoon / Spatula
– Sharp Paring Knife
– Immersion Blender (or other kind of food mill / food processor.)
– Glass Mason Jars (any size you like as long as they can SEAL)
– Blanket / Bath Towel
– LOTS of time! (this can take hours and is a good lazy day project!)
