Jon and Vinny’s Spicy Fusilli Recipe
Pan fry half a shallot and 4-6 garlic minced/grated on medium heat
Add tube of tomato paste/brown and fold method
Add 2 tbls of vodka (add more if you want)
Add 1 cup of heavy cream and a bit of crushed red pepper
Add red pepper paste
Low temp fold and blend cream/tomato paste
Add a bit of salt and pepper
Cook pasta add tons of salt
Save half a cup of pasta water
In a seperate pan mix sauce, 2 tbls of butter pasta and water
Top with Basil and parm if you’d like.
